It is always fantastic when that little note drops through the post thanking you. It makes you feel a million dollars! Not only that but when that little note comes from the couple who introduced me to the Tassimo Coffee machine when I first called on them then its very special. I wonder how often Sebastian will use the great story of the day he lost Gemma's wedding ring only to find it had slipped inside his and was there all the time.
